Problem

Multiple technical programmes generate documents with different lifecycles, owners and evidence strength. Without a controlled structure, naming and status information drifts.

My contribution

I defined and rolled out a structured naming standard, controlled taxonomy, document/concept registers, duplicate-resolution method and portfolio status reporting.
